Recently, we were invited along to the launch of a new premium gin brand which is to be stocked in Geronimo Inns venues throughout London. The event took place in the Betjeman Arms in St Pancras Station where we were introduced to Brockman’s in the form of a long gin and tonic. Fans of the spirit should enjoy what is a smooth, delicately flavoured gin, which we were told is handmade with the botanicals steeped in grain spirit for a full 24 hours before distillation to release more of their flavours. Brockman's is a really refreshing summery drink, perfect for enjoying in a sunny beer garden during the final weeks of this year’s summer.
